    Result: The statistical analysis included calculating frequency and percentages for patients with any medical history and classifying them based on the system organ class and Preferred Term associated with respective System Organ Class.

    Description: Created a summary of the physical examination data collected from a clinical trial to support drug development.

    Result: Created a comprehensive summary of the physical examination data, including number of subjects with Normal findings, Abnormal findings and Number of Clinically Significant and insignificant cases Analysed the data using SAS and created visualizations to identify trends and anomalies.

    Description: Developed DM dataset by implementing CDISC's Standard SDTM, mapped the variables and their corresponding values using PROC FORMAT in accordance with the controlled terminology.
    Result: Mapped all Required and Expected variables in final Dataset, derived Age variable by utilizing RFSTDTC and BRTHDTC
