- CRF Annotation :
- Annotated CRF Independently by using requirement specifications. Annotate every variable as domain name Followed by the variable name by followed CIDISC Controlled terminology.
- DEVELOPMENT OF SDTM DATASET:
- Developed DM dataset by Implementing CIDISC’S Standard STDM, Mapped the Variable and their corresponding Value using Proc format in accordance with the controlled terminology.
- DEVELOPMENT OF ANALYSIS DATASET:
Generate Laboratory analysis dataset (ADLB) by using Raw data (LB) Developed analysis data set (ADLB) to visualize the change of Lab test result based on overall lab test Contribution for the study.
- ANALYSIS DATASET VALIDATION;
Validate VS Analysis Dataset by writing independent SAS code. Developed VS Analysis Dataset as a Validator and compare it to Dataset which is already generated by Developer and provide compare output in the form of 1st file as well as create a validation finding document using the template.
